in 1999 as the first division in the Network SA stable,
our events division has organised many large, medium and
small events, which include but are not limited to
product and building launches, gala banquets,
international celebrity events, company celebrations,
all types of special anniversaries and milestone
celebrations.
We work closely
with you, our client to come up with stunning creative
concepts and ideas.
We work to fully understand
your ideas so that we can interpret them correctly

the ideas and within budget retraints
- Work within your budget
limitations
- Chat to you and understand how
you would like to see the event unfold
- Set to work on a spectacular
and workable event
Once
you, our client has agreed to the concept we choose
the most appropriate:
- Venue and handle all the
negotiations and contractual requirements
- Come up with great decor and
styling ideas
- Source appropriate and fun
entertainment
- Arrange the Audio Visual aspect
- Organsie Sound and Lighting
- Source all the correct
equipment
- Source appropriate speakers and
an MC
Prior
to the event:
- Put into place security and a
disaster management plan
- Send out a teaser campaign to
all guests and handle room drops if required
- Design and print an event
brochure and programme if required
- Design and print the menu
- Source and organise the
delivery and set up lighting, sound, AV and decor.
- Create a time-line for sound
and lighting checks as well as rehearsals if
required.
- Organise the flowers,
photographer and / or the videographer
- Set up and fully brief the Duty
Manager and the Bar and Waitrons
- Personally manage the entire
event, leaving you, our client and your guests to
just have fun!
Post
event:
- Final wrap up and
analysis of the event.
- Finalise all documentation
- Final accounts settled
