Consultancy Rates

We offer an initial ON-SITE assessment of your business for R900.00 (* KZN Special R750.00) for an approximate two hour assessment, if its within a 200 km radius of Durban after which Subsistence and Travel Rates apply.

We arrive at your establishment as a guest.

We assess the business and then we send you an analysis of 10 key Hospitality Industry indicators and a basic SWOT analysis pertaining to your business.

Thereafter if you wish to use our services to implement strategic recommendations, we will quote you for the work to be done - this is a fixed rate for the work required.

We also offer monthly retainers as well as "Manager's Leave / Days Off" relief services.

Modular training is offered pertaining to the requirements of your establishment.
