On completion of the module Emotional Intelligence the learner will be able to successfully utilise acquired knowledge that will enable him/her to behave in a way that creates more relational harmony, as well as personal confidence and composure, for the sake of enhanced goal achievement.

Apply a variety of practical tools that will enhance his/her organisational citizenship behaviour in the workplace.
